Skyline Heights is Atlas Prime's tallest structure to date — a 318-metre mixed-use tower combining premium residences, office floors, and a public sky-garden podium, designed to change the profile of the Lagos skyline.
The tower's double-skin facade reduces solar gain by 34%, while a tuned mass damper keeps occupant comfort within international standards even at its highest floors. Smart energy systems throughout the building are targeting LEED Gold certification.
